{"id":9758,"date":"2016-12-16T17:51:56","date_gmt":"2016-12-16T17:51:56","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.mpppst.gob.ve\/mpppstweb\/?p=9758"},"modified":"2016-12-16T17:51:56","modified_gmt":"2016-12-16T17:51:56","slug":"la-clase-trabajadora-de-inpsasel-recibio-certificado-de-formacion","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.mpppst.gob.ve\/mpppstweb\/index.php\/2016\/12\/16\/la-clase-trabajadora-de-inpsasel-recibio-certificado-de-formacion\/","title":{"rendered":"La clase trabajadora de INPSASEL recibi\u00f3 certificado de formaci\u00f3n"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Prensa Inpsasel <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En el marco del Programa de Certificaci\u00f3n de la Formaci\u00f3n, Autoformaci\u00f3n, Colectiva, Integral, Continua y Permanente de los Trabajadores y Trabajadoras del Ministerio del Poder Popular para el Proceso Social del Trabajo, as\u00ed como los entes adscritos, se entreg\u00f3 los certificados de formaci\u00f3n a la clase trabajadoras correspondientes a los cursos y talleres realizados durante el a\u00f1o 2016. La entrega se realiz\u00f3 en las instalaciones del Centro Sim\u00f3n Bol\u00edvar, Plaza Caracas, Torre Norte del Viceministerio de Educaci\u00f3n para el Trabajo Liberador.<\/p>\n<p>Luego de la interpretaci\u00f3n del Himno Nacional a cargo de la Coral del Instituto Nacional de Prevenci\u00f3n, Salud y Seguridad Laborales (Inpsasel) y los participantes del curso de introducci\u00f3n a la Lengua de Se\u00f1as, las palabras de apertura del acto estuvo a cargo de la doctora Aris del Valle Ferrer, Directora General de Formaci\u00f3n para la Participaci\u00f3n en el Proceso Social de Trabajo.<\/p>\n<p>Para la doctora Ferrer la formaci\u00f3n de la clase trabajadora tiene suma importancia, la cual est\u00e1n en concordancia con la Constituci\u00f3n de la Rep\u00fablica Bolivariana de Venezuela, seg\u00fan lo tipifica el art\u00edculo 3 en su segundo aparte, esto es, \u201cLa educaci\u00f3n y el trabajo son los procesos fundamentales para alcanzar dichos fines\u201d, por lo que dijo:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEl Estado tiene como fines esenciales la defensa y el desarrollo de la persona y el respeto a su dignidad, el ejercicio democr\u00e1tico de la voluntad popular, la construcci\u00f3n de una sociedad justa y amante de la paz, la promoci\u00f3n de la prosperidad y bienestar del pueblo y la garant\u00eda del cumplimiento de los principios, derechos y deberes consagrados en esta Constituci\u00f3n. La educaci\u00f3n y el trabajo son los procesos fundamentales para alcanzar dichos fines\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Dentro de los talleres y cursos dictados durante este a\u00f1o 2016, est\u00e1n la Comunicaci\u00f3n Efectiva, Ortograf\u00eda y Redacci\u00f3n, Expresi\u00f3n Oral Efectiva, Redacci\u00f3n de Informes T\u00e9cnicos, Gerencia Eficaz, Direcci\u00f3n de Reuniones, Confecci\u00f3n de Uniformes Escolares, entre otros.<\/p>\n<p>Justamente, sobre la importancia de estos cursos y talleres hubo expresiones de benepl\u00e1cito: \u201cLos talleres y cursos que se han dictado son de vital importancia para todos los trabajadores, este trabajo que est\u00e1 realizando el Ministerio del Poder Popular para el Trabajo y Seguridad Social y sus entes adscritos debe seguir fortaleci\u00e9ndose con miras a un mejor futuro educativo para toda la clase obrera del pa\u00eds\u201d, expres\u00f3 Rosa Blanco Trabajadora del Inpsasel de la Geresat Capital y Vargas.<\/p>\n<p>Por su parte Antonio Quintana, servidor p\u00fablico del Inpsasel manifest\u00f3 su agradecimiento con la formaci\u00f3n que obtuvo, \u201cesto no es m\u00e1s que una mejora y un enriquecimiento para nuestras instituciones, porque cada trabajador que se forme a nivel educativo es un aporte valioso para el crecimiento de la instituci\u00f3n\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEstamos muy contentos por haber logrado la formaci\u00f3n de aproximadamente 500 trabajadores, trabajando de la mano con todas las instituciones para que la clase trabajadora, de cada ente, siga creciendo en su aprendizaje\u00a0 educativo\u201d, dijo Abbi Fr\u00edas, Analista de Personal del Centro de Encuentro para la Educaci\u00f3n y el Trabajo.<\/p>\n<p>La Coral del Inpsasel, cerr\u00f3 el acto interpretando su parranda navide\u00f1a coreada por los presentes que bailaron al son de la m\u00fasica.
